What is an American?

                     The story what is an American?is about people from other countries who came to America. some came to scape crowded cities,to own their own land and to earn a better living. Others came to America in search of religions,freedom and to have a chance to have a greater voice in government movement and for better opportunities.


   An American are people who came from a poor country to migrate in America for a purpose of getting a better life were they could cultivate and have food in their every day life.America is also about people having the rights to speak up for themselves. America is also about new laws,a new mode of living,and a new social system. America is also about people who comes here in search of lands,bread,protection,and consequence in which they couldn't from their own country. for example,in the story"what is an American?"people migrate from Europe to America in order to get what they couldn't get from there.


        people to comes America because in their own country they lived in a poor conditions of life that causes them to escape to America for anew mode of life,for a new government to obey and a new rank to hold. An American is also about self interest liking what you do or who you are,whether you are a hard worker.An American is also about people being able to feed and to clothe their children's."An American is a new men,who acts upon new principles entertain new ideas and form new opinions."This is what an American is?   

ACADEMIC AUTOBIOGRAPHY(stream of conciuosness.)

               My name is anna p. before i became an eleventh grader , my life  before was different than right now.because I went to different schools. first,I went to esperanza elemetary school which is located between union and 7th street. then, I went to Berendo Middle School for about a week. later on, they send me to Marina del Rey which is far away from L.A. I stood there for two years sixth and seventh grade. then, I came back to Berendo, because Marina del Rey was to far away. I had to wake up early in the morning in order to take the school bus in front of Berendo. Sometimes I get so tired of getting up early in the morning to go to school. sometimeas i missed the school bus,because i woke up late so i couldn't get on time to the station. those are the reasons why i came back to Berendofor eight grade. after that, I graduated from Berendo because i've received good grades. Then they send me to WEST ADAMS HIGH because is the closes school to my area. I've been here for 9th,10th and 11th grade.i hope i'll be here next year. since i came here, I always try to get good grades in order to pass my classes i've never failed a class. I hope I continue like this getting good grades. But, most of my friends changed school and sometimes I feel lonely because my best friends left but I hope i get to meet new peoplethis year!!

            My name is ANNA P. I was born in guatemala.i've been leaving in L.A for five years.I came to u.s  in 2004. I think coming to this country it's like a dream that every one wants to reach. since i came to this country my life had change.i got here when i was 10.rigth now am different.i look different because i was really skinny when i came here but right now am getting a lilte bit fat.but i think i look alright i dont really care. im also a nice girl.i like to treat people with respect if they respect me too.am cool to every one .am also a hard worker.
